Job summary

Whistle Express Car Wash is seeking a Site Manager to lead the on-site team, drive guest experience, and own daily site performance. You’ll build a high-caliber team, uphold safety and cleanliness standards, and execute sales initiatives that promote memberships and services.

You’ll report to the Market Director, develop leaders below you, and ensure the site meets company standards every day. The role requires hands-on leadership in a fast-paced outdoor environment and weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales, profitability, and control labor and expenses at the site level.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and brand standards with audits and procedures.
