Job summary

Whistle Express Car Wash is seeking a confident Site Manager to lead a busy car wash site. You will own daily operations, develop a high-performing team, and drive exceptional guest experiences while managing safety and equipment performance.

You will set sales targets, coach the team in upselling memberships and services, and ensure compliance with brand standards. This role requires a hands-on leader comfortable in outdoor environments and a track record of ownership and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site operations and equipment performance, manage maintenance, and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Drive sales, profitability and business results by setting targets, leading promotions, and monitoring KPIs.
• Ensure safety, compliance and brand standards through audits and adherence to procedures.
