Job summary

Harper GC is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to join the project team on a site-based role. You will support the Superintendent and PM to maintain project schedules, oversee safety programs, and coordinate with Owners, Architects/Engineers, and Trade Partners to ensure quality and timely delivery.

The position requires travel to multiple sites, strong leadership, and experience with field operations, Procore, and QA/QC processes. Work authorization in the United States is required.

Qualifications

• OSHA 10 certified.
• Experience as Foreman or supervisory role on construction sites.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main field contact for the project site and assist in critical field decisions.
• Coordinate scheduling, logistics, staging, and QA/QC activities with PM and Superintendent.
• Supervise field staff including foremen, field engineers, and interns; manage timesheets and daily reports.
