Job summary

Harper GC is seeking an on-site Superintendent to support Project Managers and assist in estimating, scheduling, and execution of construction projects. You will lead up to three crews, enforce safety and quality standards, and coordinate with PMs and clients.

Qualifications include 4+ years of field supervision, MS Office proficiency, and familiarity with Procore. Travel between sites is expected; Harper GC values strong communication and ethical leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of jobsite supervision experience.
• Office software experience including Excel, Word, Project, Outlook.
• Experience with Harper GC is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support PMs in estimating, coordinating, planning and scheduling construction projects.
• Enforce Harper’s safety and quality programs on site.
• Represent Harper in a professional manner at job sites and meetings.
• Manage up to 3 construction crews of 3–4 people each; coordinate schedules.
• Lead safety briefings, train employees, and address issues promptly.
• Review submittals, mobilization readiness, and material needs prior to work.
