Job summary

Harper GC is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to join our team and collaborate with the Project Manager and Superintendent to keep projects on schedule, safe, and profitable. You will act as the main on-site contact, coordinate field decisions, and support trade coordination and QA/QC activities.

The role requires strong communication with Owners, Architects & Engineers, as well as leadership in safety practices, hazard identification, and proactive issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of jobsite supervision experience.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Harper GC experience may be a plus.
• Travel to multiple sites required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for the project at the jobsite.
• Assist in overseeing project decisions to keep schedule and quality on track.
• Coordinate scheduling, deliveries, logistics, and QA/QC for field work.
• Communicate with Owner and Architect/Engineer on field issues and resolutions.
• Lead the Harper General Team safety initiatives and site safety inspections.
