Job summary

Harper GC is seeking an Electrical Field ASUP to assist with supervising and coordinating construction activities on site. You will work with Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Superintendents to ensure execution aligns with plans, budgets, and schedules, while maintaining Harper’s safety standards.

Ideal candidates have a minimum of 4 years of jobsite supervision experience, familiarity with Procore, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of jobsite supervision experience.
• Experience with Harper GC may be a plus.
• Office experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Project, Outlook) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist PMs and project engineers in planning, scheduling, and executing construction projects.
• Coordinate, plan, and schedule construction activities, manage RFIs and submittals.
• Maintain safety and quality programs on site and enforce Harper's safety culture.
• Enter timecards and document safety paperwork weekly.
• Lead coordination meetings with Trade Partners and suppliers.
