Job summary

BGCSNV is seeking a School Site Specialist to oversee operations and programs at the assigned School Site in Las Vegas, NV. This full-time role coordinates with the Programs team to implement BGCSNV initiatives and ensure safe, engaging environments for youth.

Responsibilities include planning, reporting, and managing grant programming, enrollments, attendance, and program tracking; you may serve as acting Site Director in their absence and collaborate with school staff to maintain quality

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Three years of experience in a Boys & Girls Club or similar organization working with youth in an education and/or art setting.
Working knowledge of Microsoft and/or Google suite of productivity applications (Word, Excel, Forms, Outlook, etc.).
Ability to deal effectively with multi-age groups of children and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Oversee operations and programs at the assigned School Site.
Plan, develop, report, and implement BGCSNV programs with the Programs team.
Assist with other site operations and serve as acting supervisor in the Site Director's absence.
Manage enrollments, payment processing, attendance reporting, and program tracking.
Develop and maintain relationships with school administrators and staff; represent BGCSNV at events.
