Job summary

Tlingit Haida Tribal Business Corporation (THTBC) seeks a Site Lead with PMO responsibilities to manage safe, efficient operation of site equipment and supervise a team. The role includes coordinating daily work, reporting metrics, and supporting PMO functions across regions from Ft. Washington, MD.

This non-exempt position requires a Tier 5 background check, ability to travel, and strong Microsoft Office and Maximo CMMS skills. A valid license and clearance are required where applicable.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience coordinating and supervising multi-trade teams in a government/Base Operations environment.
• Experience supporting PMO functions and regional operations.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support PMO functions including regional efforts and travel to alternate sites.
• Analyze production data and maintain records of volume, material usage, and costs.
• Prepare reports and work tickets; interpret customer work orders for maintenance teams.
