Job summary

Tlingit Haida Tribal Business Corporation (THTBC) seeks a Program Manager for Facilities Maintenance / Base Operations Support to lead contract lifecycle, ensure delivery, and maximize value for federal clients. You will direct program performance, manage budgets, and drive improvements in a fast-paced, mission-focused environment.

The role requires DoD contracting experience, PMP is preferred, and the ability to obtain security clearance.

Qualifications

• Five years of BOS or similar government service contracts experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Knowledge of DoD operations, federal regulations, and government contracting principles.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; CMMS knowledge (Maximo) preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain the required government security clearance.
• Ability to maintain access to government installations as required by the contract.
• Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide cradle-to-grave management of the contract, ensuring all work meets contractual requirements and customer expectations.
• Lead contract execution with compliance to policies, regulations, and contractual requirements.
• Set program goals, priorities, and performance metrics aligned with objectives and mission.
• Direct day-to-day contract operations, program reviews, customer engagement, and performance.
• Lead contract modifications, negotiations, and execution of changes.
• Own the contract’s Profit and Loss, including budgeting, forecasting, revenue tracking, and cost control.
• Develop program assessment processes to evaluate performance and identify improvements.
• Oversee financial management to maximize productivity and cost efficiency.
• Partner with union leadership on labor relations and the CBA.
• Collaborate with supervisors and staff to understand requirements and plan/execute projects.
• Mentor management and operations staff to achieve objectives and maintain high performance.
• Promote safety, quality, innovation, and continuous improvement.
