About the Role: This position will provide strategic leadership and full life‑cycle management of the contract, with overall responsibility for the successful execution, performance, and administration of maintenance services operations. This role oversees a large‑scale operation of approximately 300 employees and is responsible for ensuring contract requirements are met while maintaining operational excellence, financial performance, compliance, workforce engagement, and customer satisfaction.
