Tlingit Haida Tribal Business Corporation (THTBC) is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Site Manager to lead maintenance operations at Naval Station Mayport and surrounding sites. You will direct site teams, manage contract requirements, safety, and performance metrics to ensure high-quality service delivery.

The role requires strong leadership across multiple sites, experience with Maximo CMMS, and a focus on regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience managing facilities maintenance operations across multiple building systems.
• Experience supervising management-level staff (Site Leads/Supervisors).
• Experience with CMMS/work order systems (Maximo) in government or BOS contracts.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for site operations and maintenance teams.
• Oversee Site Leads and ensure consistent execution of maintenance operations across locations.
• Serve as primary contact for program leadership and customers on performance and priorities.
• Set operational priorities aligned with contract requirements and SLAs.
• Monitor site performance, including work orders, preventive maintenance, and KPIs.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure safety, quality and contractual compliance.
• Ensure safety programs and regulatory requirements are enforced across locations.
• Oversee use of CMMS for work orders, reporting, and asset tracking.
• Ensure accurate and timely operational reporting and documentation.
• Manage vendor and subcontractor performance to contract standards.
• Oversee budget execution, cost control, and resource allocation across sites.
• Identify risks and implement corrective actions to ensure continuity of services.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and support program-level reporting and audits.
