Benore Logistic Systems, Inc. is seeking a Supplier Site Lead to coordinate customer supply chain operations, ensuring efficient execution of transportation plans and supplier communication.

The role involves monitoring shipment data, scheduling transportation, managing reporting functions, and supporting customer relationships, with collaboration across internal teams, carriers, and clients to optimize supply chain efficiency.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of experience in the supply chain or transportation industry.
• 1–2 years of experience working on-site at a customer location preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with strong Excel and data-entry accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with customers, suppliers, and transportation teams.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.

Mansioni

• Act as liaison between customers, suppliers, and transportation teams to execute supply chain solutions.
• Schedule pickups and transportation routes to meet delivery timelines.
• Monitor shipments and resolve issues with carriers (missed appointments, refusals, conflicts).
• Maintain and update company and client databases, track shipment performance and metrics.
• Ensure ISO-9001 quality standards compliance in processes and reporting.
• Provide rotating weekend customer support.
