You will monitor shipment data, support reporting, and partner with carriers to optimize delivery performance. The role requires 3–5 years in logistics or transportation, strong Microsoft Office skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in the supply chain or transportation industry.
• 1-2 years of on-site customer-location experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customers, suppliers and transportation teams to execute supply chain solutions.
• Schedule pickup windows and routes with suppliers while maintaining delivery timelines.
• Monitor shipments and resolve issues with carriers (missed appointments, refusals, conflicts).
• Maintain and update databases, track shipment performance and transportation metrics.
• Ensure compliance with ISO-9001 quality standards in processes and reporting.
• Provide rotating weekend customer support as assigned.
