Benore Logistic Systems, Inc. is seeking a Supplier Site Lead to coordinate customer supply chain operations, ensuring efficient transportation plans and supplier communication.

The role monitors shipment data, schedules transport, and supports strong customer relationships with internal teams, carriers, and clients. Requires 3–5 years in supply chain or transportation, and 1–2 years on-site with strong MS Office and data reporting skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in the supply chain or transportation industry.
• 1–2 years on-site at a customer location preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; accurate data entry and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Customer & Supplier Coordination – Act as the primary liaison between customers, suppliers, and transportation teams to execute supply chain solutions.
• Transportation Planning & Scheduling – Work with suppliers to schedule pickup windows and transportation routes while maintaining delivery timelines.
• Shipment Monitoring & Issue Resolution – Manage communications regarding missed appointments, shipment refusals, and scheduling conflicts with carriers.
• Data Management & Reporting – Maintain and update company and client databases, tracking shipment performance and transportation metrics.
• Compliance & Process Improvement – Follow ISO-9001 quality standards, ensuring all workplace processes and reporting functions meet compliance requirements.
• Weekend Coverage (Rotational Basis) – Provide customer support on a rotating weekend schedule as assigned.
