Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong data entry accuracy and reporting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for coordination with customers, suppliers, and teams.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience in dispatch, transportation, or customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer and supplier activities to execute supply chain solutions.
• Plan and schedule transportation with suppliers while maintaining delivery timelines.
• Monitor shipments and resolve issues with carriers and customers.
• Maintain and update databases, track shipment performance and metrics.
• Ensure compliance with ISO-9001 quality standards in processes and reporting.
• Provide customer support on a rotating weekend schedule.
