You will monitor shipment data, schedule transportation, and support customer relationships across internal teams, carriers, and clients. Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in the supply chain or transportation industry.
• 1-2 years of experience working on-site at a customer location preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel).
• Excellent data entry accuracy and reporting skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication for coordinating with customers, suppliers, and transportation teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between customers, suppliers, and transportation teams to execute supply chain solutions.
• Schedule pickup windows and transportation routes while maintaining delivery timelines.
• Manage communications regarding missed appointments, shipment refusals, and scheduling conflicts with carriers.
• Maintain and update company and client databases, tracking shipment performance and transportation metrics.
• Follow ISO-9001 quality standards for compliant processes and reporting.
• Provide customer support on a rotating weekend schedule as assigned.
