Benore Logistic Systems, Inc. is seeking a Supplier Site Lead to coordinate customer supply chain operations, ensuring the efficient execution of transportation plans and supplier communication. Monitor shipment data, schedule transportation, manage reporting, and support customer relationships.

You will work with internal teams, carriers, and customers to optimize supply chain efficiency and maintain compliance with ISO-9001 standards. Weekend coverage is on a rotational basis.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in supply chain or transportation.
• 1–2 years of on-site experience at a customer location preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong written and verbal communication with customers, suppliers, and carriers.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer and supplier across transportation teams to execute supply chain solutions.
• Plan and schedule pickups and routes to meet delivery timelines.
• Monitor shipments and resolve issues with carriers.
• Manage databases and generate reports on shipment performance.
• Ensure ISO-9001 compliance and drive process improvements.

About the Role Benore Logistic Systems, Inc. is seeking a Supplier Site Lead to coordinate customer supply chain operations, ensuring the efficient execution of transportation plans and supplier communication. This role is responsible for monitoring shipment data, scheduling transportation, managing reporting functions, and supporting customer relationships. Your ability to work closely with internal teams, carriers, and customers will be critical to optimizing supply chain efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer & Supplier Coordination – Act as the primary liaison between customers, suppliers, and transportation teams to execute supply chain solutions.
• Transportation Planning & Scheduling – Work with suppliers to schedule pickup windows and transportation routes while maintaining delivery timelines.
• Shipment Monitoring & Issue Resolution – Manage communications regarding missed appointments, shipment refusals, and scheduling conflicts with carriers.
• Data Management & Reporting – Maintain and update company and client databases, tracking shipment performance and transportation metrics.
• Compliance & Process Improvement – Follow ISO-9001 quality standards, ensuring all workplace processes and reporting functions meet compliance requirements.
• Weekend Coverage (Rotational Basis) – Provide customer support on a rotating weekend schedule as assigned.

Requirements

• Qualifications & Requirements Education & Experience: 3-5 years of experience in the supply chain or transportation industry, preferably in dispatch or customer service.
• 1-2 years of experience working on-site at a customer location preferred.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel). Excellent data entry accuracy and reporting skills.
• Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with customers, suppliers, and transportation teams.
• Multitasking & Problem-Solving: Ability to manage multiple tasks, troubleshoot scheduling issues, and adapt to changing priorities.
