Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years in operations support or military/government environments

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• 3–5 years of experience in operations support, training coordination, or related field.
• Experience in government or military environments; ability to operate in fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage on-site contractor support activities for MSTP exercises, training events, and operational requirements at assigned locations.
• Serve as the primary local point of contact for Government personnel, contractor staff, and operational stakeholders.
• Support execution of MEFEX activities across planning, preparation, execution, and feedback phases, ensuring effective day-to-day operational continuity.
• Assist with staffing coordination, scheduling, logistics, and administrative support to meet mission requirements.
• Monitor work performance, ensure compliance with contract standards, and support resolution of on-site operational issues.
• Communicate regularly with the Site Manager to provide status updates, identify risks, and align across geographically dispersed teams.
• Support rapid response to short-notice requirements and maintain operational readiness during exercise execution and deployed support activities.
