Job summary

Intrepid Acquisition Holdings, LLC seeks an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day MACC-TTE activities at the Muscatatuck Training Center. You will lead staff, coordinate testing, training and experimentation events, and ensure sponsor requirements are reflected in a comprehensive plan.

You will also manage budgets and schedules, serve as the primary contact for sponsors and external agencies, and cover PM duties when needed. This is contingent upon contract award.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of relevant experience; exceptional candidates considered.
• Minimum 7 years in cyber range or computer test-bed environments.
• Minimum 7 years in Program Management or senior DoD experience.
• Minimum 2 years conducting Army and Joint Cyber Training; strong PM skills; OT/IT knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day program activities and staff for MACC-TTE.
• Manage MACC-TTE customer support for testing, training, and experimentation events.
• Integrate sponsor requirements into a comprehensive management plan.
• Establish responsibilities, and control budgets and schedules.
• Serve as primary point of contact for sponsor and external agencies.
• Be on duty during regular hours and cover Program Manager duties if required.
