Job summary

Wellstar Medical Group, LLC is seeking a Site Lead RN to act as the frontline clinical coordinator, overseeing daily back-office operations, clinical quality monitoring, regulatory readiness, patient safety, and peer support within the practice. This role ensures adherence to policies and protocols, medication/vaccine management, infection prevention standards, and workflow efficiencies across the site.

Qualifications

Minimum education: Associate's Degree in Nursing; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum 2 years ambulatory clinical practice experience.
Current RN license and regulatory knowledge.

Responsibilities

Serve as the frontline clinical coordinator for daily back-office operations, clinical quality monitoring, regulatory readiness, patient safety, and peer support within the practice.
Ensure adherence to Wellstar Health System and Wellstar Medical Group policies, clinical protocols, laboratory requirements, medication/vaccine management, infection prevention standards, and practice workflows.
Partner with nursing leadership and practice management to support daily clinical huddles, staffing input, onboarding, competency review, and escalation of clinical concerns.
