Job summary

Wellstar Health System is seeking a Site Lead- Non-RN to coordinate daily practice operations at an assigned Wellstar Medical Group location. You will collaborate with leadership to implement strategic directives, manage readiness, and ensure safe, high-quality, patient-centered care.

You will communicate across providers, clinical teams, staff, and leadership with a focus on engagement and issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication with ability to elevate issues clearly and promptly.
• Ability to support daily huddles, readiness routines, and site checklists.
• Knowledge of ambulatory practice operations, patient flow, registration, scheduling.
• Professionalism, reliability, discretion, and sound judgment in a non-management site lead role.
• Support onboarding, training logistics, and candidate/site tour experiences when requested.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily site checklists and coordinate with leadership to address gaps promptly.
• Manage site communications, huddles, readiness updates, and issue escalation.
• Identify coverage gaps, supply needs, and facility/IT issues affecting operations.
• Assist with onboarding, training, and candidate/site tours as needed without hiring decisions.
• Lead or co-lead daily huddles and participate in regional leadership meetings as assigned.
