• Bachelor-level nursing degree required; master's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead unit(s) with governance and staffing responsibilities to promote relationship-based, patient-centered care.
• Manage financial and human resources to improve clinical and operational performance using lean/quality skills.
• Ensure safety, quality, regulatory compliance and accountability through data-driven decision making.
• Collaborate with physicians, staff and other departments to achieve service line and organizational goals.
