Qualifications

• Must have healthcare construction project experience.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant project management experience in construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field.
• Graduate degree in construction management, architecture, or engineering preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the local construction market and life cycle.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Project Management in growing the business and managing client relationships.
• Lead bid teams and proposal generation with senior management.
• Attend client interviews to present our offerings.
• Provide weekly updates on project status and staffing.
• Coach and mentor staff to support career growth.
• Track margins, forecasts and financial reports.
• Ensure client invoices are accurate and issued on time; follow up on receivables.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and develop strategies to promote Turner & Townsend in the U.S.
• Lead infrastructure project programs including neighborhood portfolios and liaison with municipal authorities.
• Interact with internal and external teams to deliver successful programs.
