Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager / Site Lead in Tampa, FL to serve as the contractor site lead and senior staff coordinator. You will manage task-order personnel, coordinate schedules, and handle travel requests while ensuring security and SharePoint support across USCENTCOM-related operations.

The role requires strong organizational skills, experience interfacing with COR, and the ability to maintain calendars and battle rhythms for daily and long-range planning.

Qualifications

• Experience leading contract staff and coordinating task orders.
• Proficient in scheduling, travel requests, and admin tasks.
• Knowledge of security coordination and government information handling.

Responsibilities

• Serve as contractor site lead and principal interface to the COR for PWS workload.
• Coordinate day-to-day Directorate and contract-staff operations.
• Maintain key calendars and battle rhythm events.
• Oversee task-order administrative functions and track contractor effort by task.
• Prepare and track contractor travel and Additional Work Effort requests.
• Provide facility and administrative support at requested locations.
• Administer the J5-Plans Tasker Management Tool and disseminate tasks.
• Support daily reporting, evaluation tracking, and personnel processing.
• Maintain SharePoint and SIPR/JWICS file-server sites and access controls.
• Coordinate FOIA requests and MDRs for designated CCJ5 files.
• Safeguard government information, property, and forms.
• Maintain government records separate from company records.
