Job summary

Hawque Protection Group in Atlanta is seeking a Site Lead to oversee security operations at a residential property. You will lead security officers, conduct walk patrols indoors and outdoors, and ensure safety and protocol compliance.

This role requires strong leadership, clear incident reporting, and effective communication with the client, with open availability for shift adjustments to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Experience: Previous leadership or supervisory experience in security or a related field.
• Endurance: Ability to walk and stand for extended periods (up to 90% of your shift).
• Strength: Capable of lifting and carrying up to 40 lbs.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written skills for clear, concise incident reporting and client interactions.
• Adaptability: Open availability and flexibility to adjust shifts based on client needs.
• Reliability: A clean criminal background check and dependable transportation.
• Training & Certification: Willingness to complete company-provided training and maintain state-required certifications.

Responsibilities

• Reporting & Documentation: Keep detailed, accurate records of incidents and daily activities. Timely, thorough reports are essential.
• Scheduling & Coverage: Manage shift schedules, address staffing gaps, and ensure continuous site coverage.
• Client Relations: Serve as the primary contact for the client, addressing concerns, providing updates, and adapting to evolving site needs.
• Support Across Sites: Assist with operations at nearby locations, promoting consistency in security services.

Shift Differential: +$1.50 for weekends (Sat & Sun) and overnight hours (Mon-Fri, 12:00 AM - 6:00 AM)
Schedule: 1st,2nd, and 3rd shift available (with open availability for adjustments based on client needs)
