Job summary

Elite Security Agency LLC in Atlanta, GA is seeking a driven Security Supervisor to lead our on-site team. You will oversee security officers, ensure post coverage and protocol compliance, and respond to incidents with calm, professional leadership.

The role emphasizes on-site supervision, regular patrols, incident reporting, client liaison, and staff mentoring to uphold high security standards. A strong track record in security supervision and a GA license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct security officers during assigned shifts to ensure post coverage and protocol compliance
• Conduct regular patrols and inspections of assigned sites to identify and address security risks
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, and alarms in a calm and professional manner
• Train, mentor, and evaluate security personnel to maintain high performance standards
• Prepare and submit detailed incident reports, shift logs, and documentation
• Serve as the primary point of contact between security staff and client management
• Enforce access control procedures and monitor surveillance systems

Requirements:

• Prior experience in security supervision or law enforcement strongly preferred


• Valid Georgia Security License (or ability to obtain one)


• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills


• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure


• Proficient in writing clear and accurate incident reports


• Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct


• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
