Job summary

Mariana Oncology seeks a Site Lead, Lab Operations to drive operational strategy and ensure compliance across Mariana sites within the G&A organization. You will lead Lab Operations managers, align operations with Novartis sites, and develop the Lab Operations budget in collaboration with finance, IT and procurement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in relevant discipline.
• 8–10+ years' experience in lab operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and budgets.
• Strong leadership and crisis management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own Lab Operations strategy & compliance across Mariana sites.
• Oversee Lab Operations at 100 Forge Rd and expansion site.
• Manage Lab Operations Managers and coordinate with Novartis sites.
• Develop and maintain Lab Operations budget.
• Lead lab vendor program strategy and procurement liaison.
• Coordinate with Finance, IT and procurement for smooth ops.
• Oversee CAPEX and space planning for labs.
• Serve as escalation point for Lab Operations issues.
• Support Head of Mariana Oncology Operations in site strategy.
• Ensure interfaces with Facilities, HSE, IT and other groups.
• Ensure regulatory checks and procedures are implemented.
