Job summary

Mariana Oncology, Inc. is seeking a Site Lead, Lab Operations to drive the Lab Operations strategy across Mariana sites and to ensure compliance with broader corporate procedures.

You will supervise Lab Operations Managers, align with Facilities, HSE, IT and procurement, and own space planning and CAPEX decisions. You will collaborate with research teams to maintain biosample and shipping procedures while maintaining exceptional communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or above in relevant discipline.
• 8-10+ years’ experience in operations within a lab setting.
• Excellent communication, written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Lab Operations strategy & execution and ensure Operational Compliance across Mariana sites.
• Manage Lab Operations Manager(s) and oversee operations at current and expansion sites.
• Develop and maintain Lab Operations budget; lead vendor program strategy with Lab Managers.
• Coordinate with Finance, IT and procurement; ensure CAPEX oversight and space planning.
