The Site Lead serves as the primary on‑site representative responsible for coordinating contract execution, engaging stakeholders, supporting knowledge management initiatives, and ensuring successful delivery of program objectives. This position requires a collaborative leader capable of working across military, government, civilian, and contractor organizations within a dynamic operational environment.
The successful candidate will work closely with customer leadership, functional stakeholders, and geographically dispersed teams to promote information sharing, organizational collaboration, governance, and mission effectiveness across the Special Operations enterprise.
Location: Onsite - Camp Lejeune, Jacksonville, NC
Compensation Range: $110,000‑175,000/annually. Factors influencing pay include geography, market demand, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
