Job summary

Centorrino Technologies in Deer Park, Victoria, invites applications for a Desktop Support Officer – Site Lead to oversee day-to-day operations and deliver high-quality onsite technical support. You will diagnose hardware and software issues across Macs, PCs and tablets, while taking ownership of problems and coordinating with third parties.

You will supervise and mentor a team of Desktop Support Officers, deliver training to keep the team’s skills current, and build strong client relationships
