Job summary

EnergySolutions, LLC in San Clemente, CA, seeks a Project Supervisor to manage day-to-day on-site civil demolition work, acting as liaison between crews and the project manager to meet objectives and safety standards.

You will supervise subcontractors, develop and update project plans and WBS, monitor budget and schedule, review plans into field instructions, and escalate issues while promoting safe, compliant execution on site.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or GED.
• Certifications: CAPM preferred; heavy equipment cert preferred.
• Experience: 8+ years supervising subcontractors on civil/demolition sites.
• Experience: 4–6 years field work before promotion.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site project objectives and safety compliance.
• Develop/update project plans and WBS during pre-mobilization and execution.
• Manage subcontractor activities and monitor budget and schedule.
• Review plans and translate details into field instruction.
• Report progress and anticipate issues with recommended corrective actions.
