Job summary

EnergySolutions in the United States is seeking a senior project manager to lead civil/demolition initiatives from planning through closeout within budget and schedule.

You will coordinate resources, manage diverse staff, and liaise with clients and stakeholders, ensuring safety standards compliance and timely invoicing. A CAPM and 10+ years PM experience are preferred; PE/FE is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• CAPM certification required or equivalent experience.
• PE or FE professional engineering credentials preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years project management experience with completed projects.
• Minimum of 8 years in civil, demolition, decommissioning, or site grading projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of civil/demolition projects within budget and schedule.
• Coordinate resources and teams including contractors and consultants.
• Maintain project scope, schedule, and budget baselines; manage changes.
• Interface with client via regular status meetings and reports.
• Ensure safety compliance with DoT, NRC, OSHA and client procedures.
• Mentor project staff and ensure qualified training.
