Job summary

Diversified Automation, Inc. is seeking a Site Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations at customer installation sites in the United States. You will coordinate with project managers and engineers, direct subcontractors, and ensure the project stays on schedule from launch through completion.

The role requires strong communication, proactive problem-solving, safety mindfulness per OSHA, and the ability to travel extensively within US/Canada. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

• Coordinate the activities of subcontractors to permit them to perform their work effectively and safely, as well as integrating it with project schedules and progress.
• Regularly communicate with our customer, including preparing progress reports and issuing updates to progress schedules.
• Keep all key stakeholders informed on job progress, plans, and problems that could significantly affect costs or schedules.

Job description

Position summary:

The Site Supervisor will be responsible for the day-to‑day operations at our project locations. Working closely with project managers, you will manage the day‑to‑day operation of the job site from launch through completion, directing and monitoring the progress of subcontractors while keeping the project on schedule. You will communicate with our team of Project Managers and Engineers, as well as with the customer’s on‑site representative(s).
