Responsibilities

• Oversee project objectives within management directives and ensure execution.
• Participate in developing and updating project plans and WBS/schedule.
• Manage subcontractor activities to meet budget, schedule and scope.
• Assign duties and authority to personnel to keep work on schedule.
• Prepare reports and forecasts including construction progress and manpower.
• Communicate project status and deviations to project management.
