Job summary

Performance Driven Workforce in San Francisco is seeking a Site Manager to lead AV data collection operations on-site, ensure safety, performance, and adherence to training standards, and drive the daily operational rhythm with coordinators and driving staff.

You will report to the Regional Manager and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet driver and vehicle KPIs, manage incidents, audits, and asset readiness, and sustain staffing and training compliance in a fast-paced field

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience in operations management or logistics.
• Demonstrated leadership of front-line teams in shift-based operations.
• Strong focus on safety, compliance, and process discipline with audit remediation experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a consistent, on-site leadership presence during operations to oversee daily activities.
• Own daily site operations and shift oversight, ensuring shifts are staffed and run to plan.
• Lead daily operational syncs with shift coordinators to review vehicle status and resource needs.
• Ensure driver safety and policy compliance through training and reinforcement of procedures.
• Coordinate incident response, escalation, and follow-up actions for on-site disruptions.
• Maintain vehicle availability, asset records, and local inventory in line with SOPs.
• Monitor attendance, staffing levels, and workload; coordinate trainer coverage and training compliance.
• Handle HR-related driver issues, including performance concerns and policy violations.
