Job summary

Elanco Animal Health is hiring a Manager, Site L&D to administer the site’s Learning Management System (LMS) and support managers and learners. You will oversee course creation, compliance documentation, and reporting to ensure readiness and accuracy.

The role also includes coordinating the New Employee Orientation, supporting instructor-led training, and acting as a liaison with the EBS ticketing team while aligning local processes with global standards.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with L&D administration activities and managing data within a Learning Management System.
• Strong proficiency in SuccessFactors and MS Office, with excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the site expert for SuccessFactors LMS, managing course creation and class maintenance.
• Ensure compliance and audit readiness by maintaining training records and reporting.
• Act as Veeva QDocs Document Controller for Learning team and oversee course reviews.
• Coordinate New Employee Orientation with HR and SMEs, supporting onboarding.
• Collaborate with the Learning team to align local processes with global standards.
