Elanco Animal Health Incorporated is seeking a Manager, Site L&D to lead the site learning team and own the learning program to improve organizational capabilities in partnership with site leadership and subject matter experts. This role ensures compliance and drives continuous improvement across manufacturing sites.
The position requires a Bachelor’s Degree, GMP knowledge, and strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.

The Manager- Site L&D is responsible for leading the site learning team to define, create, manage and maintain the learning program to improve organizational capabilities in partnership with site leadership and subject matter experts and to ensure compliance. This role will provide direct management to the learning team as well as serve as learning program owner for the site.
Minimal travel to other manufacturing site or HQ (<10%) Yellow belt or green belt certification
Position is full-time at the manufacturing site. Elanco currently anticipates that the base salary for this position could range from $85,400.00 to $128,150.00 depending partly on the successful candidate’s qualifications, including education and experience. Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending partly on company and individual performance). Estimated application closing date is (September 18, 2026).
