WHAT WILL YOU DO

1. Troubleshoot IT Issues: Identify and resolve IT failures promptly to restore services efficiently.
2. Manage IT Administration: Oversee patch management, software updates, user accounts, and maintain an accurate inventory of IT components.
3. Documentation Management: Maintain accurate documentation for all IT systems to ensure optimal performance.
4. Infrastructure Monitoring: Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including switches, servers, and client systems.
5. Project Leadership: Lead IT projects, including new installations and modifications, to improve business processes.
6. Capital Project Support: Support the deployment of capital projects as part of a cross-functional team.
7. Continuous Improvement: Seek opportunities to improve IT practices and policies actively.
