Located along the Ohio River on the outskirts of Louisville, ASRC has a rich history of 80 years supplying high-quality synthetic rubber to our nation and Michelin. Michelin has an immediate opening for a Site IT Technician. The ideal candidate will be highly responsive to internal customers, ensuring the availability and proper functioning of IT systems within the facility so all departments can access the necessary information and tools. WHAT WILL YOU DO

  1. Troubleshoot IT Issues: Identify and resolve IT failures quickly to restore services efficiently.
  2. Manage IT Administration: Oversee patch management, software updates, user accounts, and maintain accurate inventory of IT components.
  3. Documentation Management: Maintain accurate documentation for all IT systems to ensure optimal performance.
  4. Infrastructure Monitoring: Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including switches, servers, and client systems.
  5. Project Leadership: Lead IT projects, including new installations and modifications, to improve business processes.
  6. Capital Project Support: Support the deployment of capital projects as part of a cross-functional team.
  7. Continuous Improvement: Seek opportunities to enhance IT practices and policies actively.
