fairlife, LLC, a Chicago-based nutrition company, is seeking a Manager of Site IT Support to lead on-site IT services across multiple locations. You will manage end-user devices, local infrastructure, and on-site incident response, while aligning with security and enterprise standards.

The role emphasizes people leadership, service excellence, and cross-functional collaboration with Facilities and site leaders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT support or operations
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
• Proven experience with on-site or multi-site end-user support
• Working knowledge of Windows fleets, identity, endpoint management
• Familiarity with ITSM practices and a ticketing platform (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management)
• Strong written and verbal communication with non-technical site leaders
• Ability to travel between sites and respond to critical on-site events
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Lead Site IT Support staff, set goals, and manage performance
• Create coverage models for multi-site support including travel for events
• Maintain SLAs/SLOs, ensure user satisfaction and incident handling
• Standardize procedures for pc maintenance, moves/adds/changes, AV and network issues
• Manage vendor relationships and budgets for local infrastructure
• Partner with Facilities, Service Desk, Infrastructure, Security, and Ops teams
• Drive root-cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
• Document SOPs and ensure security and change-control adherence
