Job summary

fairlife, LLC, a Chicago-based nutrition company, is hiring a Senior Manager of Facilities and Workplace Experience. This role owns the corporate headquarters operations and partners with manufacturing sites to keep spaces safe, functional, and engaging for employees.

You will lead office projects, vendor management, and events while shaping a best-in-class workplace experience across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in facilities/real estate/workplace operations, incl. 3+ years leading teams.
• Experience managing a corporate office with multi-site footprint and budget ownership.
• Track record delivering office projects on time and on budget.
• Strong vendor negotiation and contract management skills.
• Sound judgment in outages, weather events, and security concerns.
• Comfortable working across corporate and manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Chicago headquarters, including maintenance, HVAC, security, access control, and space readiness.
• Lead space planning, moves, and configurations with People & Culture and IT.
• Manage office construction, renovation, and furniture projects from scope to punch list.
• Define and deliver a workplace experience standard to support collaboration and focus work.
• Oversee front-of-house, reception, visitor experience, and pantry/food service programs.
• Gather employee feedback and translate into a prioritized improvement plan.
• Partner with Communications on signage, wayfinding, and brand presence.
