Job summary

Phibro Animal Health Corporation’s Willow Island site is seeking an IT Site Technician to provide frontline user support and plant-floor technology oversight. You will collaborate with Corporate IT, OT, engineering, and operations to ensure continuous availability of endpoint devices and manufacturing systems.

Responsibilities include incident response coordination, asset management, and adherence to change-control and safety procedures, while supporting Microsoft 365, networks, and site

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Engineering or related field preferred.
• Two to five years IT support experience in manufacturing/regulated environments.
• Experience with Windows-based computers and Microsoft 365.
• Familiarity with IT service management platforms (ServiceNow, ManageEngine).
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-level IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Support plant-floor technology and manufacturing workstations and devices.
• Coordinate incident response for ERP/MES/LIMS/SCADA and other applications.
• Maintain site network infrastructure and assist with connectivity troubleshooting.
• Assist with cybersecurity practices and compliance evidence requests.
