Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
• 4-7 years of experience in IT operations/IT service management.
• Strong understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes and incident/change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage local IT Operators with clear direction and accountability.
• Oversee day-to-day IT operations across multiple nearby locations.
• Coordinate incident, request, and change management per ITIL practices.
• Prioritize and manage critical incidents to timely resolution.
• Implement regional IT standards and security at the local site level.
• Coordinate with external service providers for local IT operations.
• Ensure high system availability and consistent service quality.
• Drive continuous improvement of local IT services and workflows.
• Support IT rollouts and transformation initiatives.
• Allocate local IT resources to meet business priorities.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships with local business units and regional IT leadership.
