The role requires a minimum of six years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline; strong project management, leadership, and communication skills are essential for success in this hands-on leadership position.

Responsibilities

• Supervises a small group of IT personnel, prioritizing and assigning tasks for effective use of team resources and addressing complex issues.
• Partners with site leadership to ensure aligned IT/Operations strategic business plan.
• Develops site-specific roadmaps and IT strategies as input to IT Site Operations strategy and roadmaps.
• Oversees enterprise-wide standards and local IT projects within plans and budgets.
• Coordinates daily IT-related site needs, liaising between local IT and plant management, and communicates project statuses.
• Responsible for local inventory of assets and input on IT budget for local needs.
