HF Sinclair seeks a Manager, IT Business Partner Operations to lead technology strategy across refining, midstream, and industrial applications. You will partner with senior leaders to align IT services with business goals and drive portfolio delivery that enhances reliability and safety.

Responsibilities include roadmaps, governance, and cross-functional collaboration, plus strong communication and change management to enable value realization for the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technology or related field is required.
• 8+ years in IT, business relationship mgmt, or OT delivery.
• Experience in refining and midstream industries preferred.
• Strong ability to lead process improvements and transformations.
• Demonstrated communication with senior business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as IT partner for refining and midstream operations and leaders.
• Define business outcomes and roadmaps for technology.
• Lead IT initiatives from intake through delivery per governance.
• Ensure solutions are configured, supported, and governed.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration across IT and business units.
• Translate requirements into designs and data/ integration needs.
• Develop executive communications and investment materials.
• Maintain adoption, accountability, and long-term support.
