Job summary

HF Sinclair seeks a Supervisor of IT Site Operations in El Dorado, Kansas to lead a team of IT professionals delivering reliable information systems support at the refinery. You will coordinate site IT needs, manage projects, and ensure alignment with refinery management and IT policies.

The role requires a minimum of six years of related experience and a Bachelor's degree in computer science or a similar field. Travel up to 20% and on-site work are expected.

Qualifications

• Requires project management skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly.
• Experience administering and supporting enterprise IT systems and applications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a small IT team and assign tasks to optimize resources and quality.
• Partner with site leadership to align IT and Operations strategies.
• Develop site IT roadmaps and input to overall IT strategy and budgets.
• Implement enterprise standards and manage IT projects locally, including software and infrastructure upgrades.
• Coordinate daily IT site needs and report project status to senior IT management.
• Maintain local asset inventory and provide input on local IT budgets.
