Job summary

HF Sinclair Corporation, based in Dallas, Texas, seeks a Manager, IT Business Partner Operations to lead technology strategy across refining and midstream operations. You will partner with site leaders, define roadmaps, and oversee IT services to ensure reliable, compliant operations.

The role requires deep OT knowledge, strong communication with business leadership, and the ability to drive demand and delivery through the IT portfolio.

Qualifications

• General understanding of IT governance practices, cybersecurity requirements, OT considerations, regulatory compliance, and data migration/integration concepts.
• Ability to lead business process improvement initiatives across refining, midstream operations, and industrial applications.

Responsibilities

• Serves as IT partner for refining and midstream operations; builds relationships with operations leaders and site stakeholders.
• Defines business outcomes, documents requirements, prioritizes demand, and develops technology roadmaps.
• Leads IT initiatives from intake through delivery with clear scope, business case, resources, risks and success measures.
• Provides ownership for operations and industrial applications, ensuring solutions are configured, supported, and governed.
• Facilitates cross-functional collaboration to deliver reliable, secure, scalable IT solutions.
• Translates requirements into functional designs, data flows, and support models for PI, Seeq, Mobile Operator, and related platforms.
• Leads adoption and knowledge transfer with measurable value delivery.
• Ensures solutions comply with governance, cyber security, architecture standards, and change management.
