Job summary

Trane Technologies in Bloomington, MN is seeking an ISC IT Manager to lead the site IT service delivery, manage the local IT team, and align IT with business goals across front office, manufacturing, and warehouse operations.

You will partner with operations and regional IT to drive improvements in ERP, MES, warehouse management systems, and digital factory initiatives while ensuring lean principles and security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level technical degree in IS/CS/Engineering/Operations Management required.
• Master’s degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site IT service delivery and oversee the local IT team.
• Serve as primary IT contact for front office, plant, and warehouse operations.
• Develop and execute IT strategy aligned with SBU goals and Lean principles.
• Partner with operations leadership to implement ERP/MES and digital factory initiatives.
