Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a Manufacturing Project Manager - Technology to deploy digital manufacturing solutions across factory sites. You will align IT, OT, and Manufacturing, drive PLM/MBOM deployments, improve data visibility, and coordinate readiness activities for successful rollouts.

The role requires collaboration with plant teams, engineering, and supply chain, with a focus on continuous improvement and cybersecurity governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Experience deploying or sustaining manufacturing technologies (PLM/MBOM/MES/ERP/SCADA/IIoT).
• Understanding IT/OT interactions within a plant setting.
• Strong change management and cross-functional coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment of manufacturing technology solutions at factory sites (PLM/MBOM and related systems).
• Serve as liaison between IT, OT and Manufacturing to align business needs with tech solutions.
• Support plant technology strategies to improve execution, traceability, and data visibility.
• Collaborate with site leadership and stakeholders to define deployment plans and priorities.
• Coordinate site readiness activities for new technology implementations and training.
