What's in it for you: The ISC IT Manager – Bloomington is responsible for the overall IT performance at their assigned facility in the Thermo King Americas strategic business unit (SBU). Supporting the site leadership team, the ISC IT Manager is the primary site contact for IT services and support across the front office, plant, and warehouse operations. Managing the local IT team, he/she works as a liaison between our key business partners, SBU IT and multiple IT shared services teams to maintain and improve IT service delivery. He/she is a key contributor to the development and execution of IT solutions supporting the SBU strategy to grow revenue, increase operating income, and improve productivity for the site. This role also supports the technology landscape across front office operations, manufacturing, warehouse management, inventory control, and material flow processes to help ensure operational continuity and drive business performance. This is an onsite position based at our manufacturing facility in Bloomington, MN. Also, the ISC IT Manager may have responsibility for overseeing IT services at more than one manufacturing location.
